3. Kringloopcentrum Amersfoort

Do you like browsing and fine prices? Then Kringloopcentrum Amersfoort is the place for you. It is a thrift store as a thrift store should be: nice and big and brimming with stuff. Next to Kringloopcentrum Amersfoort you will find the pop-up shop Oud Nieuws. The items that are sold there initially arrive at the sorting center of Kringloopcentrum Amersfoort, and are specially set aside. Actually, you could say that they are already picking out the best stuff for you. All you have to do is run into them at Oud Nieuws.

5. Van Altena

Although you wouldn't think it, Van Altena is the place for vintage items. Upon entering, stroll fluently past the army gear and tools upstairs or in the back. There you will find cool crates, cabinets, lamps and other second-hand stuff. In short: real eye-catchers for your interior.

Looking for something special or crazy? Chances are you'll find it at Spectacle. You will find Scandinavian design, cool items, beautiful vintage treasures and here and there an object with a wink. The store itself is also worth a visit. Full of big gestures, little jokes and fantastic colors. Actually, it is a combination between the nightclub feel and a modern gallery.

Tip: while you're there, be sure to ask about the tube station!

8. Save a child

With a specialization in clothing, books and home decorations, thrift store Save a Child is worth a visit. Especially in terms of clothing, there is plenty to find for the whole family. And big plus: not only do you shop sustainably, but you also support a good cause.

Lunch at B.A.S.

All that shopping will naturally make you hungry, and thirsty, too. After shopping or during a well-deserved break, sit down at B.A.S. aka Bites and Store. Not only do they have delicious food and drinks, it is also beautifully decorated with vintage items and therefore very instagrammable.
