At the Nieuw Mos eatery, you are welcome throughout the day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for a cup of coffee, tea, cold drinks and fresh pastries. On Monday through Friday, they serve homemade dishes there from as many fresh foods as possible that would otherwise be thrown away.
