Boersma Bakery

Bakkerij Boersma is the traditional bread specialist in downtown Amersfoort. Craftsmanship is combined with honest ingredients resulting in a delicious oven-fresh product!

The bread is given the time it needs to develop properly during the preparation process, which is why we like to work at night. All the bread is offered day fresh, and is warm on the shelves in the morning. In the store you have a nice view of one of the ovens where the loaves are baked on the floor.

A brief overview of the assortment:
Bread based on yeast, sourdough and spelt. Multigrain bread with for example oats, honey, rye or corn. Delicious spice cakes, plain or with nuts or amarena cherries, candy or anise filled cakes, speculaas, friesche dumkes and butter cookies, delicious coffee rolls, savory snacks, pudding rolls and seasonal pastries.
