Two girlfriends, one dream. One day running their own catering business, that's what Cesare and Carmen wanted as teenagers. Preferably a day business, but not so standard. They won a competition for the best catering concept and got this place in a flank of the monumental Mariënhof. In the hip conservatory of the monastery, they serve tea, sweet and savory cakes, richly filled sandwiches and fresh juices. Because, the two young entrepreneurs say, cake is always possible.
