Traffic Garden

The Traffic Garden is located at the Wagenwerkplaats in Amersfoort (WWP). On the WWP there are still a large number of old buildings, including the shed 'Tussenruimte'. In December 2010, three Amersfoort initiators from a playground association set up a temporary track for go-karts in the Tussenruimte.

ACTIVITIES FOR BSOs AND SCHOOLS
An outing with the class or bso to the Traffic Garden is fun and educational. In the Traffic Garden, children can develop in a playful way. They learn traffic rules and how to be considerate of other road users. In our agenda you can see which dates and times are still available. The Traffic Garden offers all kinds of possibilities for an enjoyable day!

CHILDREN'S PARTIES
What could be more fun than having your party with your friends at the Traffic Garden? You can choose from a party with a fun activity kit or book one with a workshop teacher. Good to know is that with your party you also enable projects of social interest in the Traffic Garden. See below the short description and application forms for the children's parties. SKELTERING
Go-karting in the indoor Traffic Garden Amersfoort! For children from 3 to 12 years: there is a suitable go-kart for everyone. In a playful way you get to know the traffic rules. And you learn to be considerate of other road users. Volunteers from the traffic garden and your parents/guardians will of course keep an eye on you!

EVENTS
Besides being a children's play paradise, the Traffic Garden is also an inspiring venue for a variety of events. From family party to bicycle inspiration day to reunion of the association for (grand-) foster parents to school theater performance for 600 visitors to congress for active citizenship - everything is negotiable as long as there is a social aspect in the request. The fee depends on the budget and the social relevance of the project.
