Sterine = SUSTAINABLE
- Almost all of our ingredients come directly from Jimmy Loves Food! They source local meats, vegetables and fruits and then bring them to us on cargo bikes. Not only does that make it much tastier, it's also much better for the environment! Local sourcing, honest produce and plenty of sustainability.

We serve coffee from coffee roaster Peeze at Grand Café Sterijn. Like us, they also value a sustainable product. Peeze's coffee blends are exclusively sustainable. It is a combination of robusta and arabica beans. With about 60 passionate colleagues, they are small enough to be flexible and thus provide customization, but are big enough to make an impact. They also roast their own coffee. As a result, they know exactly which coffee plantation their bean comes from. They establish fair contracts with those plantations and help develop coffee beans there in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
