Since the end of June, SLA has been located in the organic supermarket Nieuw Mos. SLA is an organic salad bar. And, yes ... we may be called SLA. But just lettuce doesn't make a salad, and a salad really isn't just lettuce. Nothing just raw vegetables, but an exuberant feast of roasted, steamed and peeled vegetables and flavored other goodies. At SLA you eat salads and bowls like you won't taste anywhere else. Plus, they use only the best unprocessed ingredients, unsprayed grown, and sustainably sourced. The organic salad bar serves rich dishes full of flavor, vitamins, protein and all sorts of other goodies at a fair price. As such, the menu is full of world-class flavors. Lick your fingers at the vegan hair salon salad with roasted sweet potato and pickled red cabbage, the oven-roasted falafel with creamy tahini dressing or a kimchi bowl with kimchi, broccoli, pickled watermelon radish and a spicy vegan chili mayo. All the options are simply delectable!
Besides delicious food, you can also use the space at SLA to work, study or just catch up in a relaxed way.
