Merlot has been housed since 2003 in a beautiful old and restored building on the Grote Koppel in Amersfoort: close to the old city center and in the middle of the new area "Het Eemkwartier", located next to the river De Eem.
Our Chef and his brigade like to show you how they work: steaming ovens - simmering stews - boiling "jus de veau" and the smell of freshly baked bread and meat already make the taste buds tingle.
