Mama Roux is an à la carte restaurant in the atmosphere of an eatery in the center of the monument city of Amersfoort.
The name Mama Roux comes from a song about a Negress from Louisiana by Dr. John. It has something of: Come join "The Big Mama" and that's also what Mama Roux's owners Karen and Chef Kees want, to pamper guests.
