Anne Kan (Bederbey Köy, 1948) traded the olive trees of the Turkish countryside for downtown Amersfoort in the late 1970s. Besides raising her daughter and her four sons, she became the driving force behind In Den Vollen Pot, the first real bistro in our country. With Anne's Street Food & Bar, a few doors down, Anne's sons pay a culinary tribute to their mother.
