Animal Farm

"Elusive," "brilliant," "uncompromising style of his own," "world-class band," are terms that have come along in press and jury reports to describe Noorman and his programs. In Animal Farm, Noorman takes George Orwell's legendary parable as a free-flowing starting point to create another energetic, funny, moving and confrontational theatrical concert as only he can.

Assisted by his band "The Norsemen," the current zeitgeist on his Flips is measured along the bar of the infamous statement "All animals are equal.

With his previous performance Love It! Flip was nominated for a Poelifinario for the most impressive cabaret program of the season. The song Ze weten wie je bent from this performance won the Annie M.G. Schmidt Award for the best Dutch-language theater song of the year.
