Dreaming Workshop (ENG-talig)

In this three-part workshop, you will have the chance to experience a segment of the ‘Slaap!’ exhibition at KAdE, featuring works by the artist-designer duo Yasmijn and Merel Karhof. Their piece, titled Blue Hour, explores the intriguing transition between sleep and wakefulness, inviting you to reflect on this liminal state.

Following the exhibition, a panel discussion will delve into the topic of dreams and dreaming from both artistic and scientific perspectives. Yasmijn and Merel Karhof will be joined by Nico Adelhöfer, a postdoctoral researcher who works within the field of sleep science, as they share their insights and answer questions about our nocturnal experiences.

The workshop will conclude with an interactive session where participants will create their own Dream Book, a personal collection of images designed to inspire dreams, along with a space for dream analysis.
