Switch Beach 2024

On Sunday the more experienced (beach) volleyball players from Amersfoort and surroundings are welcome on the temporary beach. You can compete in two different categories (Middle or High) to compete for prizes. There will be played 2 against 2. The tournament lasts from 9:00 to 18:00 and the cost is € 35, - per team.

Every year we transform Hooglanderveen into a temporary beach. This year promises to be a special edition: we combine SwitchBeach with Eredivisie Beach Nederland!

That means you can show (and watch) your own skills alongside the best beach volleyball players in the Netherlands. We are therefore moving the temporary beach to the Hoefkwartier this year.

Come enjoy the sun, sand and beach volleyball at all levels. Whether you're a seasoned beach volleyball player, or just looking for a fun, sporty beach day; at SwitchBeach you're in the right place!

With a neighborhood / friends tournament, a youth tournament and a tournament for competitive volleyball players, there is something for everyone. In between your own matches you can enjoy the fantastic beach volleyball shown by the best players in the Netherlands!

Built specifically for this unique event, the beach provides the perfect setting to showcase your volleyball talents. With sand between your toes and the sun on your face, you are guaranteed to feel like playing.
