FUN Triathlon: try out a mini-triathlon together with friends or family
Have you never done a triathlon (swimming-bike-running in a row) and would like to give it a try? Or do you just want to enjoy an evening of sports with family or friends? Then join us for the FUN Triathlon on the Wednesday evening, July 3, 2024.
The FUN Triathlon is a training race in and around Bosbad Birkhoven and is open to anyone with a swimming certificate, a bike and sneakers.

Children up to 12 years old swim 100 m, bike 3 km and run 1 km hard. Participants over 12 years old can only compete as a team. A team consists of three people and each team member does a mini triathlon. Team member 1 starts and completes his or her triathlon, then team member 2 starts and finally team member 3 starts. The distances covered by each team member are 200 m swimming, 5 km cycling and 1 km running. The composition of a team is completely free: male, female, fast, slightly less fast or not fast at all, all combinations are possible. The most important thing is to have FUN in completing a triathlon together.
