Swim to Fight Cancer Amersfoort

Swim to Fight Cancer is a unique swim through the waters of river De Eem on Sunday, September 1. In the shadow of De Koppelpoort of Amersfoort, the run will start. Participants and teams can be sponsored.

With more than 400 participants, Swim to Fight Cancer Amersfoort was a great success. Money is donated to national cancer research. Here's to another successful edition!

Proceeds from Swim to Fight Cancer fund pioneering cancer research. We also donate part of the proceeds to the Meander Medical Center Amersfoort. Research is desperately needed. Still about 14 people an hour are diagnosed with cancer, that's more than 300 people a day. We know that research works; the chance that someone is still alive five years after diagnosis has increased by as much as 90% in the past fifty years. We're just not there yet.
