Plien van Bennekom and Bianca Krijgsman met while studying at the Academie voor Kleinkunst in Amsterdam, where they graduated in 1993. WithChangez!, their very first performance, they won Cameretten Festival in 1996. From 1999 to 2001 they toured the country as the farm girls Irma and Ingrid withBiks!, loosely based on the popular VPRO youth seriesZaai (Sow). This was followed byNgorongoro(2001-2003) andWie dan allemaal... (2007).

In 2011, Plien & Bianca created a show with the very best scenes from their previous programs:Have You GotThem Again... For their showIs It Still On?(2014-2016) they were nominated for the 2015 Poelifinario. In addition to their own performances, they could still be seen together inSlipperswith Bas Hoeflaak and Peter de Witte (Droog Brood) and Selma Ann Louis with Arjan Ederveen and others. In 2017, Plien & Bianca received the Johan Kaartprijs for their contribution to Dutch theatrical entertainment. From 2019 to 2023, they toured theaters with their seventh cabaret programEn nu dan?
