Making Amersfoort croquettes | Van Gogh

Are you a fan of Amersfoort croquettes? Do you want to know how we make our croquettes? Then we have good news for you! We are organizing workshops in the beautiful kitchen and training room of the KookCollege. Are you curious if you can make delicious croquettes? You can!

You will learn to make a salpicon, form croquettes, breadcrumbs and deep fry.

Would you like to learn how to make our gold-winning Amersfoort croquette? During the croquette-making workshop, you will learn everything from preparing the filling, to breadcrumbs, to frying the croquette correctly. We will also teach you some tricks so that deflating croquettes can be prevented. The workshop takes about two and a half hours. Of course you will taste the croquettes you have made yourself.

We welcome you to the beautiful kitchen of the CookingCollege on Isselt.

After the workshop, you will receive a package to take home that you can use to make homemade croquettes at home.
