Oogappels hiking trail

Are you curious about the locations of the series Oogappels? Amersfoort is the setting of the series and therefore we have created a handy route that will take you past the locations of the series. Have you always wanted to see the house of the Larooi family in the Bergkwartier, soccer club CJVV or city brewery De Drie Ringen?

We have placed ten locations in a fun walking route that starts near the train station, through the Mountain Quarter, past Dorrestein, the historic center and ends at City Brewery De Drie Ringen. The route totals about 7.5 to 8 km. But of course you can always do it in parts. That way you can see all Oogappels of Amersfoort ;)

By public transport

Coming by public transportation? Then you can easily start the route from Amersfoort Central Station. The route starts in the Johan van Oldebarneveltlaan across the station square. Here you also have the option to do the route by bike if you prefer. Then you can rent an OV-fiets at the station.

By car

If you come by car you can easily park at the Eemplein, here is a large covered parking garage and also the start or end of the Oogappels route. You can also start and end at Amersfoort Central Station where you can also easily park your car in the parking garage.
