2. On top of the city

Find the high altitude during an ascent of the Our Lieve Vrouwetoren. After 346 steps you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view! VVV Amersfoort offers several tower climbs. For example, join an evening climb or learn all about the two carillons (chimes). Breestraat 1

 

3. Kedeng Kedeng

The Keijlijn tourist train runs right through the historic center. Hop on! In one hour, the driver takes you past the must-sees. The guide tells you everything you want to know about the city. Want to linger a little longer somewhere? You can get off at any time and just hop on again later. Krommestraat 3


 

4. If only I had a time machine

How much do you know about our city's history? Living History brings stories from past times to life, literally and figuratively. In the Men's Hall and the Civil Orphanage, role-players step into the shoes of the former residents of these locations. In historic costumes and all! Men's Hall / Orphanage
