If you are looking for the tastiest burgers in Amersfoort, there are a few places you should definitely not miss. We asked the locals on our Facebook page and threw the question into the stories on insta. Out came this list of burger paradises:
American style
With so many types of burgers to choose from, it is not surprising that Charlie's Burgers was tipped massively. Whether you like beef, chicken, fish or vega; Charlie's has made it a unique burger. The fries also come in a variety of varieties and flavors.
Famous vegan burger
Famous among vegans is the Bindi burger. What exactly you get is a surprise, as Bindicafé always chooses a changing burger on a bun from local bread makers Elsenburg & Sebastiani, topped with potatoes, salad and mayo.
The classic
Amersfoorters also love the burger from Stadscafé Amersfoort. This classic consists of a beef burger on a brioche with bacon, cheddar, onion, pickle and burger sauce. It comes with fries and raw vegetables. If you prefer veggie, that's also possible.
Build-your-own-citizen
At Kroast in Eemhaven, you can choose from the spicy veggie cajun burger, the build-your-own-burger and the classic burger topped with everything you expect. Nice to know; the menu is of the all-day variety.
For the fast food lover
Burgerme falls into the category of fast food, or as they say themselves fresh and fast. With, as the name suggests, a focus on burgers. You can order your favorite separately or as a menu combined with fries, salad or finger food. And yes, they also have milkshakes.
